AFVA SEO Reporting

App information. App connection and reporting setup are in progress. This page describes the intended internal reporting workflow and does not provide access to private reports.

AFVA SEO Reporting helps Access Food Verification & Auditing Limited understand how people find its website and enquire about its services across New Zealand.

What the app does

With the business owner's Google authorisation, the app reads AFVA's Google Search Console and Google Analytics data. It prepares evidence for a dashboard, a short written report and a prioritised action list.

Weekly reviews use the previous complete Monday-to-Sunday week. Monthly reviews use the previous calendar month. Reports show comparison periods, data limitations and outstanding work.

Search clicks, contact-link clicks, recorded submissions and qualified enquiries are kept distinct. Reports support decisions; they do not guarantee rankings or new business.

Access for AFVA's own business

The app is intended for AFVA's owner and specifically authorised business users. It requests read-only Search Console and Analytics permissions. It does not read Gmail messages or contacts, and it does not edit the website, Analytics settings, Search Console or Business Profiles.

Google authorisation takes place on Google's consent screen. AFVA SEO Reporting does not ask users to give it their Google password.

How reports are handled

Reporting credentials are stored in a local Windows encrypted vault. Report files are kept separately and may be saved in AFVA's private Dropbox archive. Selected reporting data may be analysed through Codex, provided by OpenAI, to explain trends and prepare actions within AFVA's authorised workflow.

The reporting workflow does not sell Google API data or make private reports publicly available. These information pages contain no private performance data.

Read how the app accesses, uses, stores and shares data, or read the usage information.

Future Business Profile reporting

Google Business Profile access is a separate future integration subject to Google's approval. API performance information would be displayed through a live, transient view and excluded from permanent API-derived report archives. Genuine owner-downloaded official performance exports would be treated as a separately identified source.
