Your learning information

Access Food Verification & Auditing Limited uses your name and email to provide student access and send account and certificate emails. We save your enrolments, lesson progress, assessment results, course revisions and completion certificates to operate the service and support your learning record.

Stripe processes course payments. We store purchase references, amounts, GST and payment status to grant and support access; we do not store card numbers. We use a secure session cookie for sign-in. Brief rate-limit records help protect sign-in from abuse. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes and are stored as hashes; pending sign-in email content is cleared after sending or expiry. Learning pages are excluded from search indexing. Certificates can be downloaded by the signed-in student and accessed by website administrators.

Learning records are retained for course administration and certificate support. Contact info@foodverification.co.nz to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, including a certificate-name correction. Course content and assessment do not require health information or government identification.
