Online course purchase information
Access Food Verification & Auditing Limited provides these self-paced online courses for New Zealand learners. Contact info@foodverification.co.nz for course or payment support.
What you purchase
Each payment buys access to one selected course for the named student account. It includes the published lessons, knowledge checks, final assessment and a downloadable completion certificate after a pass. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Accounts and assessments are individual; do not share your sign-in link.
Payment and access
The checkout review shows the full NZD fee and GST before you pay. Stripe processes payment details; Access Food does not store card numbers. Access begins after confirmed payment. Delayed payment methods may take longer to confirm. Your course and payment records remain available in your student account.
Learning and completion
Follow the prerequisites, scope and assessment requirements on your chosen course page. Complete all lesson checks before the final assessment. Your enrolled course revision and completed progress are saved. There is no automatic expiry of an active enrolment in the current platform. An internet connection and a current web browser are needed.
The certificate records Access Food course completion. It is not an NZQA qualification, auditor qualification, ISO certification of a business, or an assessment of practical workplace competence. Follow the food safety procedures applicable to your workplace.
Payment issues and refunds
For duplicate payments, access problems, a course that does not match its description, or a refund request, email us with the payment reference and a description of the issue. We will review the request and any remedy required by applicable New Zealand law. Nothing in this information limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. A full refund ends access linked to that purchase. Payment disputes may pause access while the issue is resolved.
Your information
We keep the student identity, course revision, payment reference, amount, GST, purchase acknowledgement, learning progress and completion records needed to provide and support the course. Relevant payment details are shared with Stripe for processing. See learning privacy information.
